Tea-time Teams Meet

A relaxed, informal space to share ideas and swap classroom tips. Bring your questions, teaching stories, and reflections — or just listen in with a cuppa.

️3-Minute Paper

Fast, focused, and fun: colleagues share a piece of research, a classroom insight, or a work-in-progress in just three minutes. Expect variety, brevity, and lively discussion.

🌍Perspectives Forum

An open forum to explore wider issues in STEM EAP — from identity and employment to the future of our field. A chance to step back from the classroom and think big.

🔦Spotlight Session

A longer, more in-depth session led by an invited speaker or workshop leader. These showcase new ideas, projects, or collaborations shaping STEM EAP practice.

  1. I look forward to attending many of these. Do you by any chance have them all in a calendar you can share?

  2. Hi Clare — lovely to hear you’re keen to join us! 😊 Yes: on the “Events” page there’s a “Subscribe to calendar” button. Clicking it will add our iCal feed to your calendar (Outlook, Google, Apple), so new/updated events appear automatically. If you’d prefer, I can also send you a one-off `.ics` for the next session—just say. Best wishes, Aaron
